What is AccuWeb?
AccuWeb is essentially a multi-purpose Content Management System (CMS) ie Website 'Back End'. A CMS allows a website to control the content on the website without having to go back repeatedly to the website designer. AccuWeb has been purpose built for the accommodation industry, but can also be used for Travel Portals and Travel Agents.
AccuWeb Features
- A Mobile version of the website is 'Auto-Created' for guests browsing on a Smart Phone.
- Content can be uploaded to the site using a 'Smart Phone'
- Web Designs can be changed frequently..
- Administrators can access and edit the content online using a password protected logon.
- Brochures and documents can be uploaded to the site.
- Viewers can sign up online (to be part of the 'Loyal Customer' scheme for example).
- Website contains a Customer Database that can be split by category ie Golf Guests, Spa Guests etc.
- A system to send SMS Messages to customers
- Electronic Newsletters (‘E Zines’) can be created and distributed to customers using the Bulk E Mail tool.
- Local Attractions and Activities can be displayed on the site.
- Updated Events and Entertainment from the region are displayed on the website.
- Wedding guests can have their own logon and page on the site where they can log on, see the schedule for the day and book rooms at a specifc rate.
- Updated Events and Entertainment from the hotel itself can be entered and prominently displayed on the website.

- Key images in specific locations on the site can be changed to keep the site looking fresh.
