Other Notes
- At present 89% of our customers opt to take all 3 products on the commission only route. This has the advantage that hotels are dealing with just one supplier and there are ZERO upfront costs ie Set-up, Training, Installation etc, the commission route is effectively payment by results. More importantly future upgrades, that are being released at present every 6 weeks, are supplied FOC to our customers,
- Commission is charged on bookings through the property website only, not on bookings that come via the Channel Manager.
- Additionally we do NOT request a fixed duration contract, hotels are free to leave us in the rare event that they should wish to.
