3 useful tools that can simplify your life, are now available in our recent software release (take a short tour in this video)

Notes

• Top of the Diary page, in here we provide a ‘hardcoded’ note with links to key useful sites ie Pixabay for photos, Canva for images working, short url and QR Code generators.

• Properties can also create their own 'notes', the classic one being ‘useful phone numbers’, but they are also likely to have their own key processes that can be defined in here and staff can use. ie Airport Collection Procedure etc.

Reservation Lock

• Reservations could or should be moved for a variety of reasons, usually to utilise unpopular rooms. However sometimes customers request specific room numbers and the option now exists to 'lock' these reservations so that they cannot be accidentally moved..

• When ‘locking’ a reservation a reason is requested which is displayed in the Reservation along with a ‘Padlock’ on the reservation pill.

Automatic Invoice Distribution

• Many properties are faced with e mails from past customers looking for missing/lost/forgotten invoices from their stay. If this feature is activated Invoices are automatically emailed to customers at a time set by the property ie 24 hours after checkout etc..

• We all know this will not remove 100% of customer queries for past invoices (They could be lost again or caught in spam filters) but with luck it should drastically reduce them.
